AHS has a great product but in reality if you can't effectively and efficiently service said product then the product has no value. Phone agents are held to the lowest standard there is, they show up late, leave early, take excessive breaks, complain about everything and yet these are the individuals who are paid to represent the company. They run the show and Its a shame AHS doesn't hand out complimentary nap mats during training because 1 hour of work is grilling. There are no standards, no accountability and no guidance as nobody seems to truly care.
